For all orders placed between the 2nd November – 23rd December can be returned after Christmas for an exchange or refund. If you have made a purchase during this period then your item(s) you wish to return must arrive back to us on or before the 6th January 2021. Orders placed after the 23rd December 2020 are subject to our standard 28 day returns policy. Please ensure all goods returned are in their original packaging, unworn and with any original tags attached. If goods are found to be damaged or worn this will result in them being refused and returned back to you.
If you are returning an item(s) back for an exchange, your item(s) will be checked by our returns team and then we will dispatch your new item(s) usually on the same day (all returns are usually checked within 3-5 working days of them arriving back).
If you are returning an item(s) back for a refund you will receive a full refund for the product(s) you have returned.
Customers are responsible for paying to return any goods. To return an item(s) please e-mail sales@music-specialist.co.uk with your ORDER NUMBER for return authorisation. Please note that you have 14 days from the date you request your return to return the item(s) back to us.
